Welcome to MFP :flowerforyou:0 -
Yes, yes I can relate! I"ve been on MFP for a while now and lost 15 lbs, which makes me happy but just this morning I heard this on the TV:
When a women is over 40 yrs. old she can exercise for one hour a day and this will be enough to let her STAY THE SAME WEIGHT!
One HOUR a day!
I really am hoping that is not the case because one hour of exercise every day is a killer for me.
But let me also say this: I have been walking on the treadmill (3 mph) for at least 1/2 hour and mostly one hour and once in a while over an hour, and I have lost 15 lbs.
I started doing that 30 Day Shred too. Killer.
I try to stay under the 1200 calories but that is really REALLY hard for me cause I love eating.
I usually eat most of my exercise calories.
So what dya' think? Do you think we can lose 50 lbs?
Sure! Lets try!0 -
Dang it! No one ever tells me I don't look 50!
Seriously, you look great.
I am here for support too. To give and receive. Love MFP so far! (only been a member for one day!)0
