I'm a 50 year old man, weighing 263 lbs. I am hoping to get down to 210-215 lbs. I recently bought a mountain bike as a way of getting exercise. As for as diet, I really haven't decided the types of foods that I am going to eat. I do know that I plan on eating smarter. I am looking for others with a similar situation as I have, to share ideas. Feel free to request me
