This is really bad (carbs lol) because it's a "day off" which means still within calories but I cool down with macros. I plain potato sliced and baked (kind of like fries) and a grilled cheese with no butter just two slices of bread and a slice of American cheese. Can't forget the ketchup!0

Half a sausage Mcmuffin, fries, and Fage plain yogurt with honey. Totally random stuff, but yum!0

Tuscan white bean soup with kale and quinoa. I find soup recipes on Pinterest and make up a batch for lunches each week. I will have a yogurt, apple, cheese stick, some cut up cantelope, and water with it.0
