It would be great to know what you are asking for. You get in good nutrition through a balanced diet, which is lots of different foods from all the food groups, and in appropriate amounts for your needs. Many foods - plant foods - provide fiber - fruit, vegetables, grains and other starchy foods, nuts and seeds, beans and lentils. But these foods are also high in carbs. But then maybe you don't have to focus on foods low in carbs or high in fiber - just eat a balanced diet every day.
