This is a weak area for me ...I'm in 56 year old female in full blown menopause and a thyroid condition. I need support....

I have no issues eating close to bedtime, and like eating at night, so plan most of my food for late in the day.
There is no reason to not eat at night, unless perhaps it disturbs your ability to fall asleep. Save some calories and enjoy your snacks!0 -

I also am 56 in menopause--my weakness is also eating at night--I'm not even hungry but feel the "need" to have something sweet! Of course, we know that is the WORSE time to eat, especially something sweet--at least it is for me. Maybe together we can kick this habit!1

No, you are not alone--I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there with this same issue. I work in an extremely busy medical practice--so it's go, go, go at a very fast pace all day. I follow a whole food plant based diet all day long and do fine with it. However, when I get home, I also eat a healthy dinner.....and then, I tell myself I can be "rewarded" with something sweet--and it all goes downhill from there! Ugghhh!!0

I just wanted to say I struggle with the same stuff. You're not alone in this. My day goes pretty well until I come home and want to eat the entire kitchen. I'm not sure whether I'm in the forum often enough to üarticipate here, but feel free to message me if you need some support0
