Hi everyone! I've been on here for a week. I've been doing alright, but I am a social creature and would like some more friends who are also losing weight. I'm looking for open diaries and people who post daily updates. I'll be on this adventure for a while, and likely will need to log for years after, so I'd like others who may have the same goals or aspirations.

    Hi Taime, you can add me if you like. I log every day..well except for cheat day lol, and you view my diary. I have lost 17 pounds in 7 weeks. I do some sort of cardio atleast 4 days a week and strength training 5 days a week. MPF is an awesome app, my suggestion is weigh or measure everything you eat and stay under your daily calorie intake. The biggest thing for me was to give up the sugary drinks and drink alot of water.
