Anyone using this little tool? And I saw that you can sync it to Lose it. But can you sync it to My Fitness pal? This site is much better than lose it.

I bought one & don't use it anymore. It's not very accurate. You are better off w/ a HRM w/ chest strap for figuring calories burned during exercise & a pedometer.0

They seems so cool at first but that is good to know. A HRM is about the same price, it seems like managing two websites would be tough.0

Thanks for the feed back. I use it just for the steps. I race Bicycles. So it is no help for that. Just watching my daily movement.
If it would sync up to this I would be stoked.0 -
The only thing I use my FitBit for is tracking my sleep patterns and if I'm going to be out and about on vacation. I wore it on my vacation last fall to Quebec City and it was good to have a rough estimate of how much walking we did in a 3 day period.0

I just got a fit bit. I love it! It's kinda fun to see how I'm doing. I think the calorie burn a bit high. Also, I don't like how MFP and Fitbit increases calories way beyond what my body needs after I exercise. I try to stay 1200-1300 regardless if I exercise or not.0

I just got a fitbit ultra last week. It came with my new Xbox bundle that also included the kinect. I wanted to test its accuracy against my Polar HRM and my Nike+ for iPod. I took all three devices out for a test run and the fitbit didn't pass the test. The HRM and the Nike+ were pretty close, but the fitbit way overestimated my stats for that run. Also, the packaging of the fitbit says it is compatible with MFP. However, that's not exactly true. They are beta testing for this fitbit-MFP collaboration (from what I understand). I don't know how to become part of this beta and I don't know when the real app for syncing the fitbit with MFP will be available. Anyways, that's my experience.0

It is not in Beta
You can link it here

You have to remember the fit bit is a tool,
It is very accurate for step count
it syncs wireless with the base
it is one of the only ones that works with a mac
it is a good motivational tool.0
