    I agree that your TDEE is probably higher than what fitbit shows. I have had that same issue. I estimate that my TDEE is about 200 calories more than what fitbit thinks it is. Maybe even 250. Right now I am eating about 200 calories more per day and maintaining even though it looks like I should be gaining. If eating more on certain days isn't causing you to gain weight then you could just continue as you are. Or you could just add 100 to 200 calories per day and we how that goes.

    Listen to your body not the FitBit, after long hard workouts you need more calories for your body to heal and function correctly. If your not gaining weight it shouldn't be a problem. Your body is just telling you it needs fuel.
