Hi. I'm sure this has been asked but I can't seem to get a straight answer, or I'm not looking in the right spot. I have a Nexus 5x and a Charge 2. MFP says they are synched. My information my MFP (such as much weight) transfers over to the Fitbit app, but I'm not getting a calorie adjustment from Fitbit to MFP. I'm using only my phone. I don't know how to "unsynchronize" them, as when I click the sync button, nothing happens. I'm fine with manually entering in an adjustment, I just don't know how?! If obviously rather it just sync itself to make my life easier, but my sole purpose for purchasing the Charge 2 was to use with MFP. Help?!

On the MFP mobile app, go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected.

Once you have verified that Fitbit tracker is selected as your Step source, give it the rest of the day to see if you get a Fitbit adjustment.

Do you have negative adjustments enabled? You can do that from the web version at FOOD > Settings. When you enable negative adjustments, you will normally start the day after you get out of bed with a negative adjustment, but as you move the adjustment will increase. If you never get a positive adjustment, then your MFP Activity Level may be set too high. In that case, set your MFP Activity Level to Sedentary, then if you consistently get too many positive Fitbit adjustment Calories, bump up your MFP Activity Level in stages to Lightly Active, then Active, then Very Active if needed.
