I need to lose weight atleast 5kilos in 1 month. What should I do ?? Please help me .

What is the purpose for trying to lose over ten pounds in a month? It won't be for health.
The only pressing need I can conceive is to get in to the army.
Every other "need", to risk your health so severely, can be met in far less dangerous ways.
- if it is for a social event, get shaping and flattering undergarments
- If it is to win a bet or a corporate weight loss competition, take your lumps
If you have a long term goal to lose weight and get healthy, set your goal to 1 - 1.5 lb loss (.5 K) per week on MFP, start weighing and logging your food, and start an exercise regimen.1 -
I'm 73 years old, last May 28th I got married to a wonderful man... I moved away to another state to be with him.. We live in the woods and don't get out much.. I have gained weight I want to lose and stay in shape. I want to live a long and healthy life with my new husband I started to diet around Jan. 14th did not join MFP until Feb.8th I was 170 so far lost 7# now 163.0.. I have to say I love this site I need to lose another 26 to 30 lbs. I hope I can make it..love reading others story's and any tip's from others... Thanks Patricia0
