Hi!! I'm gearing myself up to change my eating habits. I drink too much wine. Eat too much of the wrong foods. I've put on two stone in two years through sheer greediness and laziness.
What would be your three top tips to start afresh?
I'm allergic to a lot of fruit so I'm thinking of going down the high protein/high fat and salad route for meals. Any thoughts?
Which exercises would be best to shift the fat?

I've lost 88lbs this last year, I started out with light walking and slowly increasing my distance/pace as I got more into the groove of things. Now I run an hour each day and have added in weightlifting. I've heard using the elipical or bike is better for people with mobility issues. If your able bodied then I'd start with walking!!0
