            I'm going to go ahead and log my March 1 weight, but it doesn't seem possible. I did go over my calories a little yesterday, but my weight was 2.4 lbs higher than the day before.
 Water retention - due to higher sodium intake, muscle repair, menstrual cycle, whatever - can do that. Don't sweat the daily fluctuations. Weekly and monthly averages will tell the real story about which direction you're headed. Just stick to your program and keep moving forward.1

 March goal: lose those 2.4 fluff pounds that crept on there somehow, and then get to 145 or less by 3/31.
 Non scale goals: continue drinking 3+ liters of water a day, stay below calories, and get into single-digit jeans by the end of the month.4
