Ladies has your menstrual cycle changed as you've gotten older? What about with weight loss?
I feel mine slowly got worse after age 25
Cramps are definitely worse now then when I was younger , also some months I get fevers
Almost always get the crazy pms hunger for a couple days too...and of course highly emotional which is fairly normal for me

The only thing that has stayed constant with mine is the insane cramps. I haven't had the headaches with it since I had a kid, so... bonus there.
I'm 33, and it's been the same when it decides to show up (I have PCOS). I get weepy, I get crampy (some months worse than others), and I get hungry.0 -
My pms is def getting worse as I age (I'm 31 now) mines more anxiety before/ emotional
But during my cramps are actually less and I will have a day or 2 of insane hunger.
My symptoms are all the week before. Once it's actually here is a relief!
It's gotten shorter also. Only like 3-4 days

With age and weight loss mine have gotten more regular.
Cramps are better
No longer and angery and hungry the day before, now super sad and can't stand the very thought of food.
Also very paranoid the day before. Like really jumpy constantly looking over my shoulder. This happen when I was younger but it went away for several years.0 -
Yes, so badly that I went to the doctor in July to find out what's going on. She told me it's age. I'm 38 and it's becoming worse and worse (especially since turning 35).0

Mine is the reason I want to lose weight now. I had to have surgery 1.5yr ago cuz for a while yr at 40 my periods were the worst they'd ever been. I was bleeding at first 21days then it progressed to 28 days a month for almost a yr come to find out I had a fibroid the size of a grapefruit in my uterus. I'm just glad it's taken care of now. Now just to lose the weight I gained in the last yr0

I'm 30 and the week before my cycle starts I'm super depressed and I have to eat everything.. I can't control myself.
But after I got fit my cycle is regular, before that it was just all over the place. The cramps aren't as bad and I don't get migraines on the 1 day of my cycle anymore like I did when I was fat and unhealthy

I wound up getting a uterine ablation after baby #3 because I was getting two full cycles a month instead of just one. Now I'm getting just one light one with none of the awful symptoms I had all my life. Unfortunately you can't have any more children once it's been done so it only works if you know you're through.0

Don't ever get your tubes tied. It's 10x worse than what you described and alters your mood permanently, plus pms symptoms last half a month or more and if you're lucky you won't get your cycle twice in a month or have it last for more than a week. I wish I'd never had it done.0
