I have never really had to work out and the weight I am now is basically my biggest even during pregnancy so now I'm struggling becuz I have always been small. I want to lose 20lbs before I move in 12weeks. But when I come home from work I always out of habit I'm sure just wanna lay down and take a nap. And I hate going to the gym alone so I am always using that as an excuse when my workout partner isnt available. What are some things that helped everyone else?....

Realistic goals and improving diet is what immediately pops into my mind.0

For the most part I've always eaten fresh and clean foods. So diet isn't really the issue. So idk aside from the gym What else to do0

That depends on how much you have to lose - you can lose up to 1% of your weight per week if you do everything right.1

Well, in order to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. Exercise is health and well being. You could walk on your weekends when you have more energy and add some lifting, as well.1

I don't over eat and don't eat when I'm emotional. I've set up my calorie counter with my goals and it has me eating 1350 calories a day and honestly I feel like I eat more now. I don't know why but I feel full all the time now0

The best advice I ever received was to stop eating carbs after 3:00. Lots of good protein, water and allow yourself a cheat day.0
