App wont work

I got a new phone after my old one crashed. I downloaded the MFP app and it says cannot connect to the server. I have uninstalled and force stop, reinstalled, still won't work. I have to get on the computer to log in. Please help.

Have you tried powering off the phone and back on as well? Sounds goody had that work a few times before myself. If not I'd say wait a few hours most like a sync issue is all.0

Hi, I have powered off the device numerous times. Still wont work. My husband can log in to his MFP on my phone though which is crazy!0
