Hey I'm Lisa, just new here looking friends, motivation & a good kick on the backside just. I comfort ate after my two brothers passed away, 1 was a year ago, he was 30 & the other was 6months ago...... I comfort eat, but I've expanded in size & now its just another reason for me to get myself down & wonder y try & fight. I need t get my bum in mention & get this weight off
