Hey everyone,

I hit a plateau! My diet is good, but I might have to bump workout intensity. Thoughts?

If you're happy with your diet, up your cardio because it seems like you're eating at maintenance. If you up your cardio to burn more, your maintenance calories will go up and so will your deficit. Simple. Keep up the good work! I'm almost at 35lbs lost! :D 2.2lbs to go.

Have you recalculated your calorie goal since losing the 42lbs?
The less one weighs the less calories one needs to sustain that weight.

Also, weight loss tends to slow as one gets closer to ones goal weight.

Re evaluate your calorie goal, logging, and calories earned through exercise. Exercise calorie burn also decreases as one loses weight ( this could be negligible in the whole scheme of things but worth looking at)

    Cheers, h.

Congrats on your loss so far. :)
