I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. I was told that I need to stay at 1200 calories a day. I am trying to figure out my macros as I just started a boot camp and I am trying to exercise regularly now. Every website I go to has me on a different count. Can someone please help me?? I am trying to do lower carbs! I am a 43 yr old female that is 5'5 and weights now 174 Lbs :-( My goal weight is back to 140 atleast!!! Can someone please help!

who "told" you, you need to stay at 1200 cal a day? was that from MFP or a doctor? that seems very aggressive0

Go to IIFYM Calculator.Com - The Worlds Most Accurate Macro Calculator - IIFYM Do NOT pay at the end just pick the calorie intake you want then go to macronutrientcalculator.com to pick the low carb tab and it will give you a very close estimate and then you can play with the carb and fat numbers until you get it to where your body is happy. Best wishes...0
