Old lapband/pounds not.coming off

I had a lapband surgery 2010, lost 60lbs, then regained 18lbs, but need to lose another 60lbs, decided this was the year I would not be overweight anymore, have been struggling with weight for about 30yrs, I am 56 inputed my ht,wt,age on MFP and stated to eat about 1560 cal. per day, I exercise 1hr a day 5 days awk, was using this amount of cal. and had not weight loss, changed it to 1200 a day plus exercise cal, some days can't even eat this amount, I fill full, fine no problems,thank God no other health issuses, after the change on cal. Intake I have lost 9 lbs in 7-8wks, not losing 2lbs a week like prog. Stated, not eating out or junk food or sweets, what other advise is out there for me to do, I am determined to stick it out for the long haul desire wt is 160, thank you for advise

    How are you measuring your food intake? Are you using a food scale? Measuring cups? Estimating with the help of food labels?

    You have already lost 9lbs! That is still something to hold as a partial victory. Some people lose faster than others, but it's about what works for YOU. I would suggest to carry on doing what your doing- you'll get there, it might just take longer that's all.

    Congratulations on your continued weight loss. A pound +/- a week is a good balanced achievable plan. Keep up the good work. You'll attain your goals in a reasonable time.
