I'm new here and need support

Hello I'm not happy with how I look. I have gained 50# in 4 years. I just got mfp and I hope that it will be a big part of me losing weight. I could definitely use some support.

    Welcome I am on day 160 of mfp and still working at it down 19 pounds so far. We all need support along the way would be glad to be friends just add me. Good luck stay with it
