UK 21 day fix

Hi I am in the UK and started the 21 day fix yesterday 27.2.17. I have 4 stone (56lb) to lose overall but am looking at 14lb at a time. We do not have shakeology over her and from what I have read there is no other make of shake which matches the content of shakeology. Furthermore, I know this system is not calorie counted but I still want to enter my food intake on mfp does anyone know how we do this as I don't want to have to measure out twice (once in containers and once on scales) ?
Anyone else doing the 21 day fix in UK?
mfp is connected to my fitbit so I want all my food and exercise recorded so I would be grateful if you can help

I did 21 day fix alongside MFP for a few days. I found that my choices came in under 1200 calories often. But you could easily have 1600 calories from the same container allocation on a different day!
So there's not really an accurate way to log 21df on here unless you weigh and log each food stuff anyway. I'd suggest either using the containers (there's a free app) or counting calories alongside the exercise regime using what MFP suggests. To do both is very time consuming, but whatever is sustainable for you. Good luck!0 -
You can count the containers by amount of stuff in the containers. If you need amounts let me know0

Any diet/plan claims results in a short period of time or requires you to use containers or meal replacement shakes is not worth the money you will pay.
Set a sensible calorie goal, eat any foods you want to, make sure you weigh (on scales) and log everything as accurately as possible.

I did it last year--not just for 21 days, but as a weight loss plan to lose 12 lbs.--and used Optimum Whey and Quest for protein powder. It's a perfectly reasonable diet, based on portion control and getting in lots of fruits and vegetables and healthy fats and proteins. I was at the lowest # of calories and was getting in around 1300-1400 a day, which is fine. I filled the purple containers with frozen fruit and used a scoop of protein powder and ice to make myself a protein shake every night...had a "ice cream" like feel to me and the protein was very satisfying so I'd wake up not starving the way I might if I'd actually had ice cream.0

Also, I wanted to add that I didn't use Shakeology because it's insanely overpriced. You're spending several US $ per serving...I get my Optimum Whey for less than $30 for a giant tub of it, less than 50 cents per serving.0

thank you storyjorie that was helpful .... I think I was eating the correct foods but just too much of it and doing he 21 day fix is showing me that you can over eat on the healthy stuff ... hopefully next weigh day I would have lost some weight ! ... we can't get shakeology in the UK so I am just eating my red containers instead of drinking it !0
