Do you have specific goals and want to use the features, like changing your calorie goal on different days of the week?

No, I don't pay. I don't think most do.0 -
I pay. For basic users, I wouldn't. I didn't pay for about my first 5 years on the site.
Basically, like was said, unless you use the premium features, then there is no point. I like to be able to set my macros by the gram, have different goals for different days, and be able to download my data, so I do.0 -
