Measuring Yourself - where to start?

I haven't started measuring my arms or waist, etc. but I would like to.

Quick questions for everyone - what do I measure? How often do I measure? Does measuring help motivate you?

Any feedback would be great! Thanks!

    Honestly, the best measurement is how your clothes fit. Tight clothes getting baggy is the best motivation.

    If you really want numbers, use an app like Jefit to track it. That app shows you exactly where to measure and tracks the data for you. I probably would not measure any more than once every 2 weeks. Once a month would be better.

    GauchoMark - thanks for the advice! I have noticed that my jeans are fitting a little loose. I will check out Jefit. I have heard people measuring every week with weigh in but I think that is a little much. I will shoot for every 3-4 weeks.
