Ive got about 30-45lbs to loose before my wedding in 12 weeks. I've been working out with a PT between 5-6 times a week for nearly 3 weeks now. I have been tracking my macros on MFP, eating clean and have not eaten any sugar for the last week. However, I got on the scales this morning and I have not lost any weight in 2 weeks? I do feel slimmer and understand that you shouldn't always weigh yourself but can't help but feel disheartened. There has been a few days I've not ate my total 1700 calories and struggle most days to eat my 192g of protein. Do u think this could be the problem? I've always turned to slimming world when I want to loose weight and have always managed to do it successfully....for the short term. So I'm really contemplating going back to my older ways. Any advice please? Thanks

It's not safe to lose more than 2lbs a week, so the most you can lose is 24lbs. You're still early in the game so no loss for 2 weeks is normal water retention from starting to work out. I'd take body measurements instead of weighing. Why are you eating so much protein? Seems high to me, but then I don't know your stats. Use 1g of protein for each pound of lean body mass, 0.3g of fat for each pound of body weight and the rest carbs.0

Also, make sure you are using a food scale to weigh everything.0

From your post is sounds like you're least concerned with calories. You can eat clean all day long and workout for hours but if you eat too many calories you're not going to lose weight. Use your food scale, use the recipe builder, use accurate entries, be careful with eating back all your exercise calories unless you're 100% sure they're accurate... Buy some good slimming wear such as Spanx to wear under your dress.0

You may want to change your activity level in settings.
I'd like to share my super low calorie, cheap, yet very filling daily diet. My main food is ramen. I know! It sounds terrible! But the ramen I eat is not the typical American grocery find. I buy boxes (30 packets each) directly from an Asian market for 10$. Real Asian ramen can come with rice noodles, in duck flavor, with dehydrated veggies and always has several seasoning packets: dry seasoning, dehydrated veggie seasoning, and an oil/fat packet. I add lots of veggies to it, like spinach, green onion, fresh ginger, mushroom etc. It's a great soup base at 250 calories. I add lots of extra water to thin it out. Super filling!
Breakfast: big fruit bowl, lots of hot herbal teas
Lunch: Asian ramen with veggoes
Snack: Apple and powerbar
Dinner: one or two bowls of veggie and ramen
Snack: stove top popcorn with firukake seasoning and some salt.
(About 1200 calories)
Anytime time I'm hungry outside of that, I eat more apples and more hot tea. I drink tea all day. I also eat pickles anytime (0 cal)
I'm never hungry, outside of battling my sweet tooth.
Try finding filling foods that are low in calorie!
Hope this helps ♡
