Weight loss Friends - Getting started

Hi everyone!!! Where are the people tryin to get the summer body at???

I'm new to keep tracking of what I eat....after using this app for couple days, I realize that I had no idea that eating too many sugary fruits can be bad! I do try to hit the gym for cardio every weekday, but I'm a big foodie and can't say no to good food... eating healthy and yummy is tough!

I am just starting out and my first goal is to lose 10 lbs, but seems like I can't even lose 1lb!!

Can anyone relate... what did you do to overcome this? Any other challenges you guys are facing?

    I used this app april 2015 and last over 20 pounds by june, however I got married last march and gained all of it back so I am starting over and it is pretty challenging. if you stay dedicated and committed you can do it,
