I was doing really good at dieting for a few months and then holidays and birthdays happened and I've gained back a lot of the weight I had lossed.

We're going to Universal Studios next month and I'm afraid I won't fit in the rides.

Please help me avoid the embarrassment and lmk which rides I should avoid.

I am "pear shaped" 5'3.... 217lbs... Big "bottom" belly and big thighs.

Almost the same size I was when we went. I went on all the rides no problem. You won't have an issue. Have fun!

I went last year 5'3" 212 pounds also pear shaped. Size 20 pants (pushing 22 but shhh) I did have a 'scary' moment on the broom stick ride at harry potter. I was between 2 clicks for the holster. And since i was trying to pull it in more it didnt latch right and clicked out to the bigger setting when the ride went face down. But this wasnt bc i didnt fit the ride, i just wanted the seat tighter.
I didnt have a problem on any other ride, as far as fitting... Getting out of some with my short legs, well, thats another story...

I wouldn't worry about it. When I was 260 (44" waist) I could still fit on the rides.

I don't think you'll have a problem...at my heaviest I was 220 and still went on the kiddie rides with my youngest at Lego Land London...though the picture of me on the kiddie train is quite funny.
