I know it is not good to do but sometimes I like fried food. My aunt tought me how to make donuts. You take Pilsbury flaky biscuts, cut holes in the middle and fry them and vwala Donuts. I read the can and 3 biscuts are 160calories. How do I know how many calories to add to them once they are fried. I just want to be able to track it acuratly if I decide to have a treat.
Same thing goes for When I make Chicken Parmisan. I put the coating on and fry it how to I calculate how many calories to add to that.
Thanks

If you want to be real OCD about it, I guess you will have to weigh the oil you use before and after you fry the foods in it.0

It's hard to tell... you'd have to add the calories from the oil but if it's not soaking up all the oil, I dunno... measure the oil before and after and then add the calories from the missing oil afterwards?0

I found the same question here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100601022522AA6opFP
several different answers, but weighing the oil before and after was one answer!0
