    Hi I'm new as of yesterday and I'm vegetarian 14 years going vegan during this weight loss journey I'm on. I heard if you drop dairy you will lose a ton of weight.

    Ethical eater here, I stopped using the term veg when I realised that even a plant based diet kills billions of insects and I don't value the life of an ant any less than a bovine. But yes, I'm an ethical eater :)

    Thats really awesome and its true i save slugs spiders worms and everything but ants unless there outside. My journey to vegan is harder than my vegetarian one which when i read a book about farm animals i stopped immediately its harder going vegan but i am trying.
