I've been working CICO pretty hard for over a year now and just wanted to show my progress on here. I do find the first picture highly embarrassing but I'm going to post this anyway. I'm sure you all can figure out the before shot. Lol for some reason the photos didn't post and refuse to post despite multiple tries. Boo

Okay, the bottom photo was taken in September 2015. The top photo was taken a couple days ago. I've gone from an 18 US to a 12, from CL tops to medium and 211 to 168 so far.
