Take a peek at the fitness pages. Look at the uk NHS choices website for some beginners exercise programmes. Buy a pair of comfy trainers and try a few things.

Personally, I love running, gym, swimming, walking (especially with a dog although i have to borrow one!). I usually listen to audio books while I exercise.

I used to do a lot of pilates but I've found yoga to be better at strengthening my core and upper body and just more interesting. I use the yoga with Adrienne youtube videos.

I have friends who do no structured exercise but go dancing a lot - salsa, ballroom, ceroc all popular.

Pretty much anything you do that is active will get you fit. Find something you like.

Couch-to-5K is a great beginner program! Remeber it's self-paced ... So, if you need to repeat a week (or repeat a week three time!) you're totally allowed!
