Lifting during half marathon training

Hi! I'm training for my first half marathon. No goal time, just hoping to enjoy the event. I'm about 8 weeks out. Advancing my long runs by 1 mile a week, following a running program and running 3-4x per week. I am looking to add in some lifting. Anyone have a good suggestion for a lifting program?
