My actual short term goal at the beginning of this year was to get below 200 on April 6th since I've got a little mini vacation in Colorado that weekend, and it looks like I'm on track for that! It also helps that I've been improving my endurance since I know I'll be spending hours outside on trails and up in the mountains.5 -
