Thursday 7/21 Fitness Challenge - Reverse Crunches

Alright guys,

Everyone is doing great so far with this weeks challenges. Tomorrow we are going to focus on the "kangaroo pouch" area.

We are going to shoot for 50 Reverse Crunches!! And if that's too easy for you, then make it 100!!

The bonus challenge, if you finish the crunches, will be Switch Kicks (from insanity dvd). Try doing 50 of those.

switch kicks
Stand with feet together. Raise the right knee to waist level and then jump, switching legs and kicking out with the left leg (in a knee-up-kick pattern) and keep switching...

    Wow...These are some kick butt exercises. Just tried them and I feel the burn! Thanks for some new ideas :)

    yall my legs are still killing me from them squat kicks but I like them lol!!!

    I'm game to try the reverse crunches, but you can keep the kicks...I'd get half of one done and be laying in the floor I'm sure...so uhm stupid question how do I see the daily challenges daily, or do I have to hunt and search?

    Got the 50 & 50 in.... I think I'll do another 50 of the crunches before bed... heck maybe another 50 of the kicks too:-)
