Does anyone else ever get really hungry and then when you go to fix a meal and sit down to eat you feel like you aren't as hungry as you were? I do this a lot and then I feel like I have to almost make myself eat because I feel better after I do eat - but I just lose that hungry feeling sometimes right as I'm about to eat. I think I'm letting myself get so hungry that it starts to make me not feel hungry if that makes sense.

I have found scheduling and sticking to regular meals and only eat food I want to eat, a great help.0
