Starting new journey

Today I have had enough and starting my weight lose journey with MFP. I will attempt on following this program and logging everything. Just taking one day at a time

    I'm new to this as well. One day at a time. I'm learning more about SMART goals. Google it. It is really helpful.

    Hi, I am new to all this. I am tired of being tired and overweight. I started using MFP yesterday. It makes me more aware of what I am putting into my body. It is definitely a one day at a time thing. I have bad knees so I am starting out slow by walking on the treadmill in 5minute increments a few times an evening. Good luck everyone.
