BACK AFTER AN INJURY NEED DEDICATED FRIENDS

Hey everyone,

I was off for a bit due to a pretty serious injury when I was in Mexico. 6 months plus down. Well now I am back. I am back in the gym and back on fitness Pal. I went through my friends list and deleted everyone that has not been on recently and that dwindled my list down to almost nothing. I need friends. :). It helps for encouragement and advise. I have a lot of weight to loose. My ultimate goal is 80 but I would be thrilled with 60. Im in menopause so we all know that is a little more difficult for us. We just have to work a little harder. Ive managed to stop drinking, stop smoking so I know I can do this. I hope to hear from some of you.

    Hi. I would love to add you, I just don't know how. I am an RN and I need to loose the same amount as you. I'm learning about SMART goals and need friends for accountability myself. Can you add me :)
