Completely out of shape and intimidated at the gym. Suggestions on what to do at the gym, do I try it all, play it safe.... copy that for chick to the left lol ? What do I do ?!?!?

Also, take note of the equipment brand names then google them when you get home - you'll probably be able to find some basic instructions on adjusting weight/height and gain a better understanding of what machine does what. If you're feeling very ambitious you can even find a training routine that utilizes the equipment available.0
