Okay what are the best (athome) exercises for bums & tums?

Individual exercises or programs that concentrate on one area only are (in my opinion) not a good idea - they are likely to lead to muscle imbalance and the associated problems (back issues anyone?).
I'd recommend a progressive full body strength routine such as You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren balanced with some cardio work to maintain cardiovascular health. Fitness blender videos can be mixed and matched to achieve this.2 -
