I just started last Thursday. All I can say is I love the app so far. Make sure you're diligent and honest with yourself about what you put in the app for food eaten. Seeing the numbers of the way I used to eat was a HUGE eye-opener for me, but seeing those numbers really helps to keep me on track, as well. Feel free to add me if you want. Love giving support and motivation where needed (I certainly need it from time to time) and I have a bunch of recipes that I can share too.0
