So basically this is my third time trying to lose weight. It is so hard for me to maintain. Ten years ago I lost roughly 80 lbs. I was 17. Last year I lost 30 lbs and just couldn't keep it off. I am struggling. I am stressed. And I am hard on myself. This is hardest for me because I am an athlete. I have played softball my whole life, I caught for over 12 years. I've always had muscle. Finding the motivation is the worst. For the most part I just need a little support and a push to keep going.

Love your username.
Take your eyes off the big picture and concentrate on the smaller steps.
At 265lbs I thought I'd reach 300 before 200. Today I'm 214. I did this by small steps, and just would add small steps/changes.
Whenever I'd stumble (damn crunch & munch) I'd forgive myself and get back up immediately. I dedicate ZERO time for self loathing. Did enough of that in my life.
Much love and best of luck!1 -
