    im working to build serious muscle mass but keep a lean body.

    i do not have any saggy skin or anything!! im still also working on my stomach i want some abs! but for the most part.... im very very close!

    no, no saggy skin. i think had i been another 20lbs heavier when i started it could have been an issue or something but luckily not!

    thanks again everyone for the kind words! you guys definitely helped me feel like i actually accomplished something. most important thing ive learned was.

    pay attention to portions
    work out with weights and cardio.
    you can earn your meals!

    and never worry about a bad day of eating =D
