    Eat more. Lift more.

How lean are you at 215lbs?

My husband is 6'3 and 205. Men at the gym call him "skinny," but he isn't skinny. It's a matter of perspective. Are you sure that you are skinny and just "not huge?"

To answer your question: eat more; lift more. My husband started tracking calories and protein and realized he was eating less of both than me.

    Semantics I would argue.

6'3 255 - if I keep building the chest you can't see the belly, lol. Seriously though I need to drop 20-25 more. When I was at 220 I looked skinny but shredded. Gotta find that happy medium. Once you go monster you don't wanna go back.

I have been doing 25 pushups in a row each day for 5 years. My triceps are finally visible. That will help your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and wrists be stronger and you will look stronger.

    Lol

The fact I was LOLing (well more of a head shaking chuckle) when I read that and then your response made me snort.

    Find a hypertrophy program.

Eat about your body weight in protien, get some fats in, and don't forget carbs since you'll be bulking. So eat in a 300-500 calorie surplus.

230lbs of protein would be kind of extreme... just saying lol ;)

Hardly on the extreme side. It's relative to the individual and their goal.

A gram of protein for every pound you weigh or for what you want to weigh. That's what he means. If you are a heavy lifter or body builder that's what they go by. I did...that's the norm.

Just curious as to why you measure in grams and weigh in pounds?

"Just curious as to why you measure in grams and weigh in pounds?"

My food scale can be set to metric or imperial, so I go for the easy metric math.
    Also, it feels more scientific.
My body scale can show other units, but I think of body weight in terms of pounds, not kilos or stones.
    I blame society.

At 6'4" I'd say you should be at least 250 lbs (mostly muscle obviously) without looking skinny.

At least. The most competitive (read: not fat) powerlifters at my height of 5'10" tend to be in the 220 and 242 weight classes, so I'd imagine 6'4" would be notably higher.
