Pretty much any veg is filling. I am always pleased at how much veg is in a 100g.
Veg is also mostly carbs so I'll adjust meals to replace a carb (bread, rice, pasta) with an extra serving of veg. So instead of chicken, rice, carrots, & peas, a meal will be chicken, broccoli, carrots, & peas. Fewer calories, more fibre, more nutrients, more volume= more filling.
    Combos I personally like are:
    1) parsnips, carrots, potatoes.
    2) green beans, cauliflower, beets
    3) broccoli, carrots, peas
    4) asparagus, peas, mashed swede
    5) spinach, Brussel sprouts, tomatoes
    6) any stir fry: pepper, mushroom, bean sprout, water chestnut, bamboo shoots, onion, cabbage combos are limitless
    7) cabbage, carrots, potatos
    8) mash sweet potato, green beans, corn on cob

Protein, fat and fiber are filling. It's not simply volume for everyone, it's different combinations. High fiber - fat free isn't filling for me. High protein - fat free isn't filling for me either......but those may be satiating for you.

You will need to experiment a little. I don't do elimination diets though.....I need to know portion sizes for all foods when I get to goal....not just diet ones.
