Hey. Never used the community before. I've been using my fitness pal for 32 days, controlling my calories etc only went over a few times. I've only lost 13lb. I don't feel like its much and I can't see much of a different to my body. I weigh myself daily sometimes I've gone up. Any tips on how to lose weight faster. Thanks

    13 lbs in 32 days is amazing. That's over 2 lbs a week. Any faster weight loss is unhealthy. You are doing amazing and just keep it up. It will probably slow down soon too as you lose the fastest right at first.
