62 pounds down, feeling great!

Today i finally got within my recommended BMI so thought i would share a pic of my 2 year journey. Have done this slow and steady, starting with portion control, healthy eating and seriously cutting down on alcohol, then i started HIIT sessions 4 times a week, then finally for the last few months i have now started on SL 5x5 (wish i had of done this earlier!!)
Have gone from 15st 7lbs to 11st 1lb, a 40 inch waist to a 32 inch waist and i no longer get out of breath going up the stairs!! ;-)
Now at 39 years old, i feel the fittest and healthiest i have done for 15 years.
If i can do it, anyone can :-)
