Hello everyone I'm new to this

I'm 33 years old and I've always been overweight. I've have gone up and down on my weight due to crash diets that never last. Due to some recent health concerns I need to lose weight and be healthy and stay that way. Any advice or tips are welcome :)

    Good luck! You can do this! I found one way I have stayed dedicated to at least logging the foods I eat (even when I have cheat days) and exercise I do every day is to pick a specific time of day, when I know I will have downtime, to log on.
