Fitbit sync.

Hello, my fitness pal and fitbit says they are synced but they are not communicating with each other based on thr numbers. Do I have to log things on the fitness pal website only to sync and not the app?

    I'm having the same problem! Says it's "Synced" but it won't even show Fitbit activity!

    Mine's not sync'ng either. I've tried uninstalling it in mfp, logging out, revoking access on Fitbit side, then re-installing -- still no sync. I ended up manually entering the exercise calories I got from my Fitbit dashboard. This isn't the first time it's happened. It's all on the MFP side, and they never fix the problem.

    Try the Fitbit group. There is a FAQ that helped me get my synch problems sorted. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
