    There is no reason to use those, they're unnecessary woo products. Your body will cleanse itself (including the colon), not sure why you would need additional ketones. Eat at a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. There's no magic pill or product, or we'd all be skinny.
    If you want to spend $20+ on woo products, I'll send you my paypal and send you a detox. :wink:
