800 calories???

I need some weightloss advice in a 800 calorie diet with some cardio!!! I want to lose 25 pounds at least in 3 months

You can not get advice like that here, as that is not safe.13

Very low calorie diets are not an allowed topic on this website. 1200 is the generally accepted lowest number for women. 1500 if you are male.4

You should talk to your Dr about doing an 800 calorie diet and cardio. Anything under 1200 is not recommended as 1200 gives you the base minimum fuel (or adequate depending on your stats).
Losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time is a frequent request from people, it's not recommended.1 -
As state above no one will give you this advice because it is dangerous.
XX pounds in XX days......is never a good plan.
Put your stats in MFP (My Fitness Pal) - height, weight, age, gender, activity level (based on your job). Select a weekly weight loss goal. If you set an aggressive goal you will get 1200 (before exercise). If you are very petite, elderly, or extremely inactive....you will get 1200.
Either way - to insure adequate nutrition NET at least 1200 calories....meaning eat 1200 + at least half your exercise calories.1 -
Nope nope nope. This website is intended to help people lose weight in a healthy way, emphasis on the healthy part. Please consider bumping your MINIMUM calorie intake to 1200 and don't be afraid to eat a bit more.0

We like to talk about not talking about it, though!
The real question is: what's the rush? You want to do this for your health and/or appearance, presumably. Neither will be helped by severe dieting.
If you want to look good and be healthy, shoot for losing around a pound a week while exercising. It's awesome when it works!

Patience...patience....a quick weightloss is not a healthy idea, and your 800 calorie goal is not allowed on MFP. Either do it the right way or you're on your own. 800 cal a day can be used only under a doctor's supervision and their responsibility.0

Edited to remove my own snarky comment. OP, tell us more about you and what has motivated you to try a very low calorie diet? Perhaps we can offer up some better advice even if the advice is "go see your doctor". So tell us about yourself.0
