4.4lbs in a week!

I can't believe it, I'm so happy!

Good diet and lots of exercise really does work, I started this just over a week ago and I've lost 6lbs already, amazing what watching what you eat can do for you!!

This site is brilliant, I can't believe how much it's helping me.

    Great job, well done :smile: Don't be demotivated if you don't get a similar loss next week, most people don't on the second week, but keep at it and you will get there.

    Yaya that's awesome I lost 8 lbs my first week and now its only like 2 and a half weeks and I've lost 12 all together. I have noticed it slowing down a bit but that's ok our bodies are adjusting and its better to lose slower because it allows your skin to catch up. At least that's what I heard and I hope its true lol!
